Overview
Optimize is a 4-week training container for men who want to rebuild discipline, structure, and momentum not through motivation, but through clear standards, accountability, and deliberate exposure to discomfort.
This program is anchored by weekly live virtual group sessions and supported by guided breathwork and optional embodied challenges designed to help men break patterns, regulate stress, and follow through.
Format:
Weekly live 1‑hour session (Zoom or in‑person), facilitator + Colin

Clarity & Baselines
Audit daily habits, identify your primary weak pattern, define 1–3 clear goals, establish minimum standards.
Week 2
Subtract
Identify friction and distractions connected to your main habit; implement remove-and-replace strategies.
Week 3
Add
Install keystone habits that support change; stack small wins; accountability check-in.
Week 4
Lock‑In
Build a 30-day execution plan, install fail-safes, define next steps and progression.

Embodied Practice (Applied Work)
As the weeks progress, Optimize may include optional, facilitated embodied experiences designed to increase resilience, self-trust, and capacity under pressure. These experiences support, not replace, the weekly virtual sessions.
May include:
Breathwork and nervous system regulation.
Physical challenges designed to develop discipline and follow-through.
Controlled pressure environments (e.g. jiu-jitsu exposure, heat/sauna or sweat-style environments, cold exposure, extended physical effort).
Ritual and integration such as facilitated fire circles or group reflection.
Optional partner check‑ins.
Participation is optional and dependent on cohort readiness, location, and access.
Outcomes (What You’ll Walk Away With)
One primary negative habit identified and replaced with a structured routine.
Secondary habits identified using the same framewor.
A simple daily structure (sleep, movement, nutrition, screen control).
A clear 30-day execution plan and habit framework.
Increased confidence, momentum, and self-trust.
